Patients who cannot attend the surgery may be entitled to a home visit.
Requests for visits must be made in the morning.
Please dial the surgery 0191 521 2282 and select the dedicated home visit line Option 3.
The doctor will visit once the morning clinic has finished which will usually be over the lunch period.
Afternoon requests may be referred to Recovery at Home if the doctor has started his clinic.
