The Surgery does provide routine holiday vaccines.
The Practice Nurses require all patients to fill out our travel vaccination form which is to be handed back to the Practice.
Please hand your form in 8 weeks before travelling.
After handing your holiday vaccine form in please allow 3 working days for the Practice Nurse to investigate your immunisation schedule and then contact the surgery.
